Recently, our editorial team has discovered that criminals have been impersonating the journal’s name to create fraudulent websites (e.g., https://www.waiguoyuyanyuwenhua.com/). These websites carry out scams by setting up fake submission systems and issuing counterfeit manuscript acceptance notifications. In order to protect the rights and interests of our contributors and the journal, we hereby issue the following stern statement:
Official Submission Channels:
▶ Foreign Languages and Cultures (ISSN 2096-4366; CN 43-1536/H) only accepts submissions in Chinese via the CNKI Tengyun Editorial System: https://wywh.cbpt.cnki.net/wkg/WebPublication/index.aspx?mid=wywh
▶ Journal of Foreign Languages and Cultures (ISSN 2096-4374; CN 43-1537/H) only accepts submissions in English via the official email: enjflc@hunnu.edu.cn
Any other submission channels are completely unrelated to our journal, and all their contents (submission systems, contact details, etc.) are fabricated.
No Fees Charged:
Both the Chinese and English journals do not charge any publication fees, nor have we ever authorized any third-party organizations or individuals to collect manuscript review fees or publication fees.
Liability Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for any manuscript leaks, financial losses, or legal risks resulting from submissions made through fraudulent websites.
Important Reminders:
1) Authors and readers are advised to verify information about our journal through official authentication channels (such as university library journal directories, the National Press and Publication Administration registration system, etc.).
2) Beware of fraudulent websites that promote “quick publication” or “paid submission services.”
3) If any suspicious activity is encountered, please immediately contact the editorial office for verification:
