Authors are responsible for securing all the necessary permissions for copyrighted materials (such as texts and images) used in their essays. Authors of accepted essays are required to sign a publication agreement form that will transfer the essay’s copyright to JFLC, which gives the journal the right to the global distribution, reproduction, translation, compilation, and information network dissemination of the essay. The author will retain the right to quote or compile the essay in the collection of non-periodical articles, provided that the JFLC source is clearly stated and JFLC is informed of the follow-up use of the essay.
